So I actually grew up not liking pancakes and given a choice, I will order literally anything else in a restaurant.   I don’t eat gluten so now regular pancakes are off my list completely even if I wanted to eat them

But these are better !!  Now, if you like that super fluffy taste of a traditional pancake, these will be quite a bit heavier.  (use my tip above to get rid of the grit!)

This is a good time to have some of those berries you can have on Keto because a few berries and a great keto syrup (I usually use ChocZero as I like a thick syrup rather than a runny one and I like to stay as strict keto as possible so I watch my sweeteners)   If you like lots and lots of syrup, the ChocZero might be a bit spendy as the bottle is really small.

My husband who is not keto and my son both eat these when I make them and they don’t eat them for the keto — they are strictly eating them for taste.

The Birch Benders Keto Pancake Mix also makes a really nice waffle.   Just a warning, it is more delicate when you are taking it out of the waffle maker so be careful!
